Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund
  • Orders that have been processed but not yet shipped may be cancelled with a 10% processing fee
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Full Refunds

  • Order cancelled within 1 hour of placement
  • Order not delivered due to our error
  • Damaged or incorrect items received

Partial Refunds

  • Late delivery (delivery fee refunded)
  • Order cancelled after processing (90% refund)

No Refunds

  • Orders that have been delivered successfully
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Subscription Refunds

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for subscription fees are handled as follows:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refund for current month, cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months
  • Unused credits: Credits remain valid for 60 days after cancellation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@sendtreat.com with your order number
  2. Include the reason for your refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
