1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SendTreat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SendTreat is a platform that enables users to send curated gifts and treats to recipients. We facilitate the ordering, fulfillment, and delivery of gifts through our network of fulfillment partners.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by SendTreat and our fulfillment partners. Payment is required at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

We strive to deliver gifts according to the selected delivery option. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by fulfillment partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are available for orders that have not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been processed and shipped, refunds are subject to our refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Credits do not expire for 60 days from issuance. Unused credits may roll over according to your plan terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited uses include sending gifts to harass, threaten, or harm others.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SendTreat or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

SendTreat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
